After several years of hands on training with ‘the national children’s dramatist’ David Wood OBE, Adam directs and dramaturges new and established plays, musicals and comedy in the UK and internationally.

 

A guest director at beautiful South Hill Park’s Wilde Theatre for fifteen years, among other things, he directs and dramaturges pantomime each year (twice winners of the National British Pantomime Awards) as well as numerous other shows.

THE SEE-SAW TREE - Currently running in rep at the China National Children’s Theatre, Beijing. A Chinese translation of David Wood’s critically acclaimed play cast from China’s national theatre company, this exciting international co-operation production is a new large scale show using automated set and live action blended with beautiful LED animated settings… and a few lovely translators during development / rehearsals!

HELLO KITTY LIVE! - Director and Dramaturge - Hammersmith Apollo & World Tour.  A new work co-produced by Sanrio, Zen Tiger and Warner Music. A large scale show combining live skin work, high energy story telling and choreography in front of high value LED imagery. 

THE GO! GO! GO! SHOW - Director and Dramaturge - UK Tour / West End / Stand alone Alton Towers attraction Show. An original theatre and music industry project, developed by Steve Crosby (Steps) with music and songs by Mike Stock (of Stock, Aitken and Waterman fame) this fantastic show followed the fortunes of an imaginary pop band.
