JUSTIN SAVAGE

Lead Agent

With over 30 years experience in theatre, film and television. Justin's early career was as a Stage Manager with EMMA Dance Company, moving on to be Company Manager for ATC travelling all over the world. He has subsequently managed a multitude of shows, both plays and musicals in the West End and on tour throughout the UK and internationally.

Justin is also a producer having brought to the stage many children's shows, including both the BFG and The Witches, commissioning David Wood to write both scripts which continue to be loved by audiences today. 

Justin has also been an actor, performing in the West End, on tour and on television

JAMES DARBY 

Agent 

James trained in Musical Theatre at The Brighton Academy, gaining credits for Bare the Musical, Singin’ in the Rain and Treasure Island. He then decided his skills belonged on the other side of the desk. James’ agent journey began at Boland & Reeve. He then joined Ride Personal Management and returned to The Brighton Academy as an agent running the college agency. James is delighted to be part of the Savages Team, he is joined by his sidekick and helper, Myrtle the Romanian Rescue Dog.

 

 

 

                                            

SARAH SHELTON

Consultant

Sarah set up Savages with Justin in 2016 having worked with a variety of agents during her 35 year career in the industry.  Her experience spans a wide variety of roles within the industry including Script Editor/Storyliner in TV on returning drama (Talkback Thames), Producer, Director, Casting Director and Agent as well as continuing her career as an Actor. 

Her role within Savages is to provide consulting support to Justin and the rest of the team.

MYRTLE 

Myrtle the Romanian Rescue is in the office on a part-time basis.  When not in the office, Myrtle can be found frequenting TV & Film sets in the Costume department.
