JUSTIN SAVAGE
Director
With over 30 years experience in theatre, film and television. Justin's early career was as a Stage Manager with EMMA Dance Company, moving on to be Company Manager for ATC travelling all over the world. He has subsequently managed a multitude of shows, both plays and musicals in the West End and on tour throughout the UK and internationally. Justin is also a producer having brought to the stage many children's shows, including both the BFG and The Witches, commissioning David Wood to write both scripts which continue to be loved by audiences today. Justin has also been an actor, performing in the West End, on tour and on television.​

SARAH SHELTON
Consultant/Director
Sarah set up Savages with Justin in 2016 having worked with a variety of agents during her 35 year career in the industry. Her experience spans a wide variety of roles within the industry including Script Editor/Storyliner in TV on returning drama (Talkback Thames), Producer, Director, Casting Director and Agent as well as continuing her career as an Actor. As a writer, Sarah's latest play 'BLESSINGS', produced at Riverside Studios, London in 2025 received 4/5* reviews. Sarah is currently working on the screen adaptation of BLESSINGS and a new 6 part, TV drama - SCORNED

​​​DILARA GREENE
Junior Agent
Dilara graduated from Rose Bruford in 2022 with a first class degree. Whilst training, she also completed her Musical Theatre studies in Washington D.C. She has performed throughout the UK and internationally in all artistic disciplines. Alongside her acting career, Dilara has built years of administrative experience and is now completing her MA Law degree. She is excited to bring her creative spirit, organisational skills, and legal expertise to the Savages team.
