With over 30 years experience in theatre, film and television. Justin's early career was as a Stage Manager with EMMA Dance Company, moving on to be Company Manager for ATC travelling all over the world. He has subsequently managed a multitude of shows, both plays and musicals in the West End and on tour throughout the UK and internationally.
Justin is also a producer having brought to the stage many children's shows, including both the BFG and The Witches, commissioning David Wood to write both scripts which continue to be loved by audiences today.

A native of Glasgow who has lived in London for over 10 years, Lindsey established herself at a young age in her association with the Citizen’s Theatre. She has a BA in Stage Management and Theatre Production from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. With a career in theatre lasting almost 20 years, Lindsey initially focused on large-scale touring productions, UK and international, helping successful productions of Fame, Evita, Cabaret, Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat into large houses. She worked on Twelve Angry Men at the Garrick, and has also worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Lindsey has been an industry trouper, working in many venues – cruise ships, palaces, A1 theatres, site-specific spaces, corporate events – and has worked as Company Manager for companies such as Bill Kenwright and as stage manager for companies around the world.
In recent times, Lindsey became a Director of Del Boy Productions, overseeing a café and event space in Primrose Hill and developing other businesses, in partnership with the actor Sam Frears and Lindsey’s husband, the novelist and playwright Andrew O’Hagan.
With a broad ranging career in theatre, film and TV, Sarah trained as an actor at Guildford School of Acting and has performed in plays, musicals and on TV and in film both in the UK and internationally,
Sarah has a Master's degree in Producing Film and Television, training with iconic producers Tony Garnett (The Wednesday Play/Kes/World Productions) and Barry Hanson (The Long Good Friday). This led to her working as a storyliner and script editor for Talkback Thames TV on a daily drama series as well as working with a number of leading theatrical agents ( including ARG and the legendary Agent Bernard Hunter) where Sarah earned her skills as an agent.
Sarah continues to develop scripts for TV, Radio and stage. She is also a stage director and producer having set up Oddkasst Theatre Company and London Theatre Workshop. Sarah has run festivals, worked on new works, classic plays and musicals. Her most recent productions were Four by Tenn and The Killing of Sister George. Sarah is passionate about creative development working with both students and established performers and creatives on audition technique, self-tape skills and the road to success.
